How do I browse products?
Visit the All Products page to see our full catalog. You can filter by category using the sidebar, or use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific items.

Visit the Shop by Category page to browse products organized by category. Click on any category to see all items within it.

Ordering

How do I add items to my cart?
On any product page, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can adjust the quantity before or after adding. The cart icon in the navigation bar shows how many items are in your cart.
How do I complete my order?
Go to your Shopping Cart, review your items, then click "Place Order". You will be asked to provide your shipping address and select a payment method.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI) and various digital payment methods. Payment details will be provided during checkout.
Where can I see my past orders?
Once logged in, visit My Orders to see the status and details of all your previous orders.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order weight. Orders over Rp 500.000 qualify for free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for Java, and 5-10 business days for other islands. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can also check the status on your Orders page.

Account

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping address, and manage your wishlist. You can sign up here.
What is the wishlist?
The wishlist lets you save products you are interested in for later. Click the heart icon on any product to add it to your Wishlist.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and you will receive a link to reset your password.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition.
